You don’t need to do this alone.

I blend evidence-based nutrition with a whole-body approach that honours your emotional and physical wellbeing.

  • You absolutely can — and for some women, that’s enough. But if you’re trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, or recovering postpartum, your body has very specific and evolving needs. I help take the guesswork out, so you're not just eating healthy, but eating for you. And when it comes to supplements, the right one at the wrong time can be unhelpful — I also ensure you are on the right dosage to supports your goals.

  • That’s exactly where I step in. Nutrition and lifestyle are powerful tools that can influence ovulation, egg quality, hormonal balance, and overall reproductive health. Whether you’re just starting out or working alongside IVF or other treatments, I create a plan that supports your cycle and complements any medical approach.   • Once you book in, you’ll complete a pre-session questionnaire so I can get to know your story. During our first online session, we’ll dive deep — exploring your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. From there, I’ll create a personalised plan that evolves as you do. You’ll leave each session feeling clear, calm, and empowered.

  • As well as standard blood tests, I use a variety of functional testing depending on the individuals needs. Including: DUTCH Testing, Gut Microbiome panel, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and others.

  • Yes, I offer email or message support between sessions so you never feel stuck or confused. Whether you need help interpreting a symptom or deciding between two snack options, I’m here to guide you. I know how important it is to feel supported — especially during such an intimate and emotional time.

  • Everyone’s journey is different, but many of my clients notice shifts within the first few weeks — more energy, better moods, improved cycles. For deeper transformations like hormonal balance or fertility support, I usually recommend working together for at least three months. This gives your body time to respond, and gives us space to adapt the plan as needed.

  • Not at all. Restriction doesn’t lead to healing — nourishment does. My focus is on adding in the right nutrients, not taking everything away. I’ll never ask you to give up foods you love unless there’s a clear reason — and even then, we’ll find enjoyable swaps so you never feel deprived. This is about creating a sustainable way of eating that works for your body and your life.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. Outside of this window a cancellation fee of 50% of the consulatiaton fee will be charged. This is in consideration for others, allows me to schedule in patients from my waiting list. Cancellation on the day of appointment or no show appointments will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
